TruMingle is built for adults to meet people and form genuine connections. These guidelines describe the conduct we expect from members and the kinds of behavior that may be reported and reviewed.
Every interaction involves another person with their own boundaries and expectations. Use good judgment, communicate respectfully, and remember that another member can end an interaction at any time.
How members should treat one another
These expectations apply across profiles, photos, Likes, Matches, messages, and other member interactions on TruMingle.
Be authentic
Represent yourself honestly. Do not create fake or misleading profiles, impersonate another person, or deliberately misrepresent who you are in order to deceive other members.
Keep interactions genuine
Do not use TruMingle for spam, scams, fraudulent requests, deceptive promotions, or attempts to manipulate other members for money, property, account credentials, or sensitive information.
Share appropriate content
Profile information, photos, prompts, and messages should be appropriate for a dating service and should not be used to harass, threaten, deceive, or target other members.
TruMingle is for adults 18 and older
You must be at least 18 years old to use TruMingle. If you believe an account belongs to someone under 18, stop interacting with the account and report it for review.
Report conduct that needs review
TruMingle provides reporting tools for concerns such as fake profiles, spam or scams, harassment, inappropriate content, suspected underage users, and other behavior that may require review.
A report is a request for review, not a guarantee of a particular outcome. The available information and circumstances can differ from one report to another.
When you do not want further interaction with another member, use available blocking controls where appropriate. You do not need to continue an unwanted conversation while waiting for a report to be reviewed.
Moderation and account action
Reports and content can be reviewed as part of TruMingle's moderation process. Depending on the circumstances and available information, moderation action can include content decisions, account restrictions, suspension, or banning.
Photos can also be subject to moderation before they are available on member-facing surfaces. A submitted photo may be approved or rejected through that review process.
Moderation tools help enforce these guidelines, but no moderation system can identify every concern or guarantee another person's identity, intentions, or behavior.
