7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TruMingle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that other users will respond to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruMingle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
