Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using TruMingle, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the rules that apply to the features you use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed in connection with TruMingle. Our Community Guidelines describe conduct and content expectations for members.

Eligibility

TruMingle is intended only for adults age 18 or older. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the dating service.

You may use TruMingle only when your use is permitted by applicable law and you are able to agree to these Terms.

Your account and profile

You are responsible for the information you provide through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Profile information should be authentic and should not materially misrepresent who you are.

Do not access another member's account without authorization or allow another person to misuse your account. Please contact TruMingle if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

The dating service

TruMingle provides tools that can help adults discover and interact with other members. Features may include discovery, search, Likes, passes, Matches, Messages, profile visibility, Blocks, and Reports.

TruMingle does not guarantee that you will receive Likes, Matches, Messages, dates, relationships, or any particular outcome from using the service.

Members are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to interact with other people. TruMingle cannot guarantee another member's identity, intentions, statements, conduct, or compatibility.

Member conduct

You must use TruMingle lawfully and consistently with these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Among other things, you may not:

• Create a fake, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating profile.
• Use TruMingle for scams, spam, deceptive promotions, financial manipulation, or other fraudulent activity.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, exploit, or intentionally intimidate another person.
• Post or send unlawful, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Attempt to use TruMingle if you are under 18 years old.
• Interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, misuse another person's account, or use automated means to abuse the service.

Do not send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking information, or financial-account access to someone you meet through a dating service. Review our Dating Safety guidance for additional precautions.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to TruMingle to the extent you have ownership rights in that content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

By submitting profile information, text, prompts, photos, or other content, you give TruMingle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, format, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, moderate, improve, and present the service according to your applicable visibility settings. This license is limited to those service-related purposes and is subject to applicable law.

TruMingle may review, restrict, reject, or remove member content when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service, enforce these Terms or the Community Guidelines, respond to reports, or comply with applicable law.

Profile visibility and search engines

TruMingle supports profile visibility settings, including members-only and public visibility. When your profile is eligible for public visibility, profile information and approved photos made public may be accessible without signing in and may be eligible to appear in search engines.

Search engines and other third parties may retain cached or indexed copies for a period of time after information changes or is no longer publicly available on TruMingle. The Privacy Policy provides additional information about public-profile visibility.

Interactions with other members

You are responsible for your interactions with other members, including decisions to communicate, meet, share information, or continue a relationship. Use appropriate caution when communicating online or meeting someone in person.

Blocking and reporting tools are available to help members manage interactions and raise concerns. A report is a request for review and does not guarantee a particular moderation result.

Moderation and account enforcement

TruMingle may review reports and content and may take reasonable action to operate, secure, and enforce the rules of the service. Depending on the circumstances and available information, actions may include content decisions, account restrictions, suspension, banning, or other appropriate measures.

Moderation systems cannot identify every concern or guarantee that every member or piece of content complies with these Terms.

Deactivation, deletion, and loss of access

Account deactivation and account deletion are distinct account states. Deactivation may make an account unavailable without immediately deleting its records. Deletion may be subject to reasonable retention where information is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, or enforcement.

TruMingle may restrict, suspend, or ban access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or the Community Guidelines, protect members or the service, investigate misuse, or comply with applicable law.

Service availability and changes

TruMingle may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location.

Service providers may support functions such as hosting, databases, email delivery, anti-abuse measures, location processing, and object storage. Their involvement does not change your obligations under these Terms.

TruMingle materials and intellectual property

The TruMingle service, branding, software, designs, and TruMingle-provided content may be protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except for rights expressly provided through the service or permitted by law, these Terms do not give you ownership of TruMingle's intellectual property.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TruMingle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TruMingle does not make guarantees about the availability, accuracy, reliability, safety, or results of the service or about the identity, intentions, statements, conduct, or compatibility of members.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TruMingle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service or interactions with other members.

Applicable law may not allow some limitations or exclusions, so some of the limitations in these Terms may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or costs resulting from your unlawful use of TruMingle, your material violation of these Terms, or content you submit in violation of another person's rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as TruMingle changes or as legal, safety, or operational requirements evolve. The updated Terms will identify their effective or last-updated date. Where required by applicable law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
