• Upload inappropriate, explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited commercial messages to other users
• Attempt to scam, defraud, or financially exploit other users
• Use the Service for any commercial or business purpose
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent
• Post or share phone numbers, email addresses, or external URLs in messages before establishing trust
• Attempt to circumvent any security or content filtering features of the Service

5. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of content you submit to TruMingle, including photos, profile information, and messages. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with providing and promoting our services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

6. Advertising

TruMingle is a free service supported by advertising. By using the Service, you agree that we may display advertisements on the platform. We use Google AdSense and other advertising partners to serve ads. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how advertising cookies are used.

7. Photo Moderation

All profile photos and selfie verification images are subject to review by our moderation team. We reserve the right to remove any photos that violate our community guidelines, including photos that contain nudity, explicit content, minors, or are otherwise inappropriate. Selfie verification is used solely to confirm account authenticity and is reviewed only by authorized staff.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to fraud, harassment, posting prohibited content, or creating a fake profile. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH OR THAT OTHER USERS WILL RESPOND TO YOU.

10. Limitation of Liability
